"Skylight in one of my rental homes began leaking one evening. Aspen was called by my tenant at 8:00 am and was out the same day to provide an estimate by 2:00 pm. They removed the snow/ice that was built up around the skylight so that no further damage would happen. Was able to identify problem (poor flashing and required subroofing for around skylights in SLC climate especially north facing side of high pitched roof. Provided estimate. After I agreed to estimate that afternoon, they scheduled a crew to be out the next day, completed scope of work quickly and efficiently. Very impressed."

"Took out the old heat tape and put in new heat tape and replace shingles around vents.Ryan Brady is the vice president of the company and the one who gave me the bids. He is very professional and explained everything in detail. The work they did was excellent and Ryan always took my calls as I had questions. It was great working with him especially after working with the contractor who put on my roof incorrectly. I would highly recommend this company. There is no sales pitch just honest guys that do great work."

"We were very impressed with the outstanding job that was done on our roof and chimney by Aspen Roofing back in October of 2011. We used them to repair the roof around our chimney. In the process, we learned our vaulted ceiling did not have any insulation. Jon gave us a fair and reasonable bid. He and his team did an awesome job on the chimney repair and installation of new insulation and shingles. Not only does our roof look great but also our heating bill has been considerably less than in years past. The crew was professional, polite and prompt, making for a really good experience. "I am an out of town owner of a rental property in Salt Lake City and recently contracted with Aspen Roofing to a replace my old roof, add insulation in the attic, and siding to an unfinished second floor addition. I planned a trip to oversee the project and found it was unneeded. The staff at Aspen Roofing were courteous and thoughtful and worked with the schedules of both me and my tenant. They kept me apprised of the progress and cleaned up the work site daily and left no unsightly debris. I had scheduled new decking for the roof, but the project lead found it was unnecessary. I had heard stories about other companies trying to up-sell, but Aspen actually reduced the price accordingly.
The final product was completed on time and under budget. The quality seems to be excellent.
